Born in Shanghai and currently based in London, Yuxin Jiang is an artist, writer, co-founder of

Her practice concerns with the politics in everyday life, ideology in linguistic and visual forms, often starting with a psychological approach. Apart from making her own work, she is also working on repositioning “western” photography theory in the Chinese context, and actively exploring ways of engaging public in thinking about photography and image culture. She holds an MA in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster.
