Yuxin Jiang

Born in Shanghai and currently based in London, Yuxin Jiang is an artist and co-founder of pic.londona platform that supports early stage artists working in photography and media arts.

Her work is concerned with the politics in everyday life, linguistic and visual forms of ideologies, and the role of art in society. Current ongoing project investigates issues of national identities in a transnational and post-colonial context.

She has been a visiting lecturer and/or giving talks at London College of Communication, Camberwell College of Arts, and the University of Westminster.

She holds a MA in Photographic Studies from the University of Westminster.
